The distillation of American Brick Bourbon is an artistic process carried out by some of the best professionals in the industry. Our bourbon is made by coupling the deep flavor profiles more closely associated with pot stills, with the efficiency and crispness more often found with column stills. The equipment set up and sequencing is fully custom; referred to as the column to pot to column distilling technique. Our bourbon is also double-pass distilled as well, further ensuring that our product is pure, and our flavors are preserved.

about the Bourbon
The brand’s character is most strongly represented by its four-grain mash bill dating back to the late 19th Century. The perfect mix of of 60% corn, 9% rye, 20% wheat, and 11% malted barley gives the bourbon a worthy complexity with exquisite balance. The taste is enhanced by water from a limestone aquifer deep beneath the family property. Fashionably aged in freshly charred oak barrels in the dynamic climate of New York State, and bottled at 92 proof, American Brick Bourbon is the essence of American craft.

Our Bottle

Every piece of the American Brick brand is represented in our family’s history. Our biggest showcase of our roots is our meticulously designed bottle and package. The bottle plays on the brand’s history and theme with a brick-like beveled front. The dropped front is where brick makers would put their client names, and American Brick’s label is no different. Sawtooth layered sides. The stopper’s hardwood body features a machine screw, mirroring those which were used in the old factory’s precision-made products.
